[phk] Download Deception font by Typodermic

Deception

Deception is a sub-pixel typeface with ten captivating effects. Deception Array is composed of wide blocks, reminiscent of a digital VU meter but also useful for portraying modern architectural themes. Deception Bars resembles text viewed through lenticular glass. Deception Blocks approximates heavy JPEG degradation and pixel sharpening glitch effects. Deception Diamonds is flashy and prestigious—try it with a glow effect. Deception Lines can produce a grayscale effect or banding depending on resolution and rendering type—keep experimenting and see what you can come up with. Deception Particles echoes the look of impact printers or laser etched sell-by dates. Deception Plusses energetically radiates positivity. Deception Process simulates grayscale LCD text or a thermal printer on the fritz. Deception Scanline duplicates the appearance of television picture tube text rendering—ideal for recreating a videogame or retro computing vibe. Deception System smacks of 1-bit dithering gone completely haywire. Each style of Deception is available in Regular and Bold. OpenType fractions, numeric ordinals and lots of currency symbols are included.

MultiType Pixel, an all caps typeface focused in display purposes. 27 styles to be mixed with retro gaming and computing vibes in a fresh way.

This is the first release of an upcoming multiverse of mixable fonts. The whole family of typefaces has been designed to work at big sizes and display purposes such as branding, headlines, thumbnails, posters and animations. You can swap between the three additional alternate sets through all the styles to add diversity to your composition, even in Cyrillic. This version features small caps in a independent font file.

Nowadays devices and screens have better resolution, some of them no longer have to rely in bitmap/pixel fonts. These have become as a visual metaphor of the computing and information era. So bitmap/pixel fonts like MultiType Pixel now can aim to display and showy usages instead of fitting only in a device’s screen grid.

MultiType Pixel is inspired by bitmap fonts, fonts from video games, arcades and variable fonts. Have fun mixing all the styles in your projects.
